2T to 2TG Conversion - What's compatible?

Hi guys,
I am going to embark on a project soon which I intend to put a 2TG into my TA22 Celica. The engine I am going to buy only comes with the distributor and a fuel pump, is everything from my existing 2T compatiable with the 2TG?
Any problems I might encounter (what's compatible and what's not)...or is this as simple as everyone says?
Advice is more than welcome! I have tried doing some searches, but I didn't come up with anything clear cut. Hope someone can help...

What else do you need? What is missing from the 2TG?
The 2T inlet manifold wont fit the 2TG. The 2T exhaust manifold will fit the 2TG.
Sumps are interchangable.
Engine mounts are the same.
Water pumps are a little different but are interchangable. If you fit the 2T pump you need to block off the bypass valve which is simple to do.
2TG flywheel is lighter but the 2T will do the job.
Clutches are the same obviously.
What else?

Dummy cam for oil pump drive is required (maybe the std cam could stay in there?)
cam tunnel bearings need to be placed to block oil holes (if using dummy cam)
Pistons are different

The way I read it he's got an assembled motor which is complete but minus accessories (ie. alternator, starter motor, transmission, etc. etc.)
Cool1 is on the ball it this is the case.

Yeah, sorry about the confusion...Cool1 and September have it right.
So apart from the inlet manifold, everything else is interchangable?
Seems easy enough...or does it? hehe
