My new MA61 Mon, 07 June 2004 00:33 Go to next message
Yes, I own two 84 Supra's now, again! I just couldn't pass this one up because the body and interior is in excellent condition, way better than my other one. The plan is to swap the engine/drivetrain etc from the old car into this one, with a few improvements along the way. Smile

It's a bog-stock 1984 MA61 Celica Supra with a very sick 5M-E engine (suspected BHG) and automatic transmission. After getting around in a 400hp MA61 for the past 12 months it's shocking how slow this car is...

As cool as those wipers are Rolling Eyes I'm afraid they're the first thing to go. And since this car actually has a good interior, all my friends will be banned from eating/drinking/urinating inside it. They will especially be banned from hiding bottles of orange juice under the passenger seat, where they fester and eventually explode in the hot sun, making the carpet stink so bad I had to tear it out and throw it away! Mad

i think this might have to involve the law...i'm sure there is someway we can make him keep the wipers!
if i was any cooler i'd do the conversion myself...but i just dont make the grade Sad

Norbie keeps the pink wipers[ 29 vote(s) ]
1.Yes it helps keep his true persona in the open 25 / 86%
2.No, but he has to paint them Kermit green instead 4 / 14%

I say the result must be inforced to death Shocked

The otto or sulo bin usually helps remove stinky stuff?

or remove car from car and wash several times with karsher/gurney.

Now I think about it, the pink wipers do kind of contribute to the whole "sleeper" thing... I mean, who would expect such a gay-looking car to run a 12 second quarter? Laughing

On the other hand, screw you guys. I'm painting them black! Razz
