Why not try 8 turbos? Shocked

Stupid, but interesting all the same!

Thats pretty increadible. Someone had to do it. (probably not the first time)

The dyno clip sounds like a symphony!

Technically, I was trying to work out the pipes. What I see is:

Exhaust:
Log style exhaust manifolds feeds one big fat log collector from either side.
From this collector the indiviudal turbos run off, all equal exhaust pressure.
<Edit> All internal wastegates </Edit>
After the turbos, the exhaust go singularly down and mate into two pipes (4 to 1 each side), then go under the engine, towards the back.

Intake:
2 single filters in each guard feed 4 turbos each from single runners to the turbos. (1 into 4 each side)
After the turbos they go singularly over the top of the engine into a 8 to 1 merger pipe that sits in their modified firewall, then turns back into the intake of the engine.

Summary:
8 equally sized turbos all running from the same exhaust pipe (equal pressure).
No intercooler.
Unknown boost/power curve.

Wish I had a bigger engine bay to play with, but with turbos that small I could fit a few in there somewhere.

LOL good to see people are still trying new stuff however absurd it looks Smile
