reversing crunch, coming from wheel arch ?

Any ideas? Everytime I reverse 45deg left i get a crunching noise coming from the front of the car... either side of the angle i dont have any problems... sounds like the noise of body kit scraping cement, very embarrassing..

seriously tho, get under with a torch and look for any unusual contact between parts, anything broken in the suspension or movement in the bushes.
if it's a loud noise, somethings hitting something else with enough force to make the noise
