Just the standard one, anything else needs to be fabricated.

...and even though the standard throttle is TINY, remember everything else on a 4AF is, too...

I'am in the process of putting 20v Quads on my 7AFE for the same reasons ie both have a piss small throttle, have looked at the 4AGE ones etc but it'll end up the same cost as making quads fit... 4AGE vs FE = FE better torque

are you reaching atmospheric pressure just after the TB? have you checked?
or is this a bigger-=better thing?

I can answer that.... NO THEY DON'T. On the heavily developed engine we run, that is now the only thing that is locking the power up ie the throttle just can't flow enough for the head. the 4A/7Afe throttles are only 50-55mm dia, vs 4AGE 60-65mm(don't quote on these figures just a guess) ie 10mm bigger...

well he said Quote: | i just have a few bolt ons nothing on the engine yet

i agree on a worked motor they might require some thing more..
fwiw, a 1.3L going to 8000-9000 needs something like a 45mm TB (from my calculations and the suzuki 1.3L rally boys) (actually i calculated 43mm)
so for 1.6L, about 48mm would be good. a bit extra and 55mm should be sufficient?
55mm at 300ft/s = 475CFM ....
maximum a 1.6L will consume (@8000rpm) is 237CFM.
with 55mm throttle = 150ft/sec....
will the stock TB restrict a STOCK motor (with bolt ons)??

My 4AFE makes 62kw at the wheels using standard TB.

I think that is a bit fishy... bog standard 20V make about the same, my GrpA/PRC rally car make 75kw-80kw (12:1 comp etc...)depending on wheels and a GE makes 60-65kw in standard with a mircotech
