I have a 4.3 levin diff ratio, I am told it is pretty worn in the pinion, so I dont want alot for it, Open to offers? It is as a ring and pinion at the moment, I also have a locked centre and a housing for it, if you want me to have it assembled or if you want it as is make an offer!

Well I would buy it. But since you say it is worn I won't and I doubt anyone would pay $250 for a noisy worn diff. Let me know when you have a OK one.

I have taken this to diff guy to see how bad it was, he said it is fairly worn, so it isnt the best. He did however have a look at the Hemisphere and say it was a mini spool! So the ratio inst all that great but the hemisphere is pretty good and the carrier, is good if anyone is interested let me know.

IMHO a mini-spool is impossible to drive sensibly in an ordinary street car. If you send me a pic, i may be interested in the spool for a race car. dont need any more stuffed gears, thanks

When you say "Levin" do you mean local AE86, or Jap AE85, or Jap AE86 GT Apex? If it is the latter it is a T series 6.7". Then I need to know if its a early or latter large axle type.
If its of the correct type (please count the spline teeth and get any info you can), I will probably want to buy the mini-spool off you, and probably the whole assemble its in. But I'm not paying money for the badly worn ring gear and pinion!
Anyway, who makes a mini-spool for 6.7" diff?

Thanks AE95, you are spot on!
As for who would make a mini spool for this thing, well it was in the Bob Holden Sprinter, from the Group A Days. I had a few bits and pieces left over from when I bought the car I have now, this is the last of them.
