I've been chasing a set of these Lenso VPD rims in 17"x7", 5x100 stud pattern for a while, and I'm damned if I can find any:

Has anyone seen these in Australia, in any colour? ever?
I can get a price on them from a couple of places, but no-one I can find has any stock, and Lenso has no stock either, apparently.

I'm just about ready to give up, so any help would be fantastic at this point. Smile

You could also try Viper A2 rims. Look virtually identical, and would be cheaper than Lenso.

Interesting...
Thanks folks. I'm sort of moving into settle-for-something-else mode now, but I'll see what the email reply from ozzy tyres is first.

That viper A2 looks pretty good though - do you know if it comes in colours?

I'm looking at these now:
http://www.skperformance.com/WHEELS/R1-RACING/2003/r1-spec-5r-White.jpg

or maybe in gunmetal:

or Black even:

$225 per wheel, plus tyres.

The Lenso's are about the same $$$, but I'd much, much rather have those VPD's......

Wheels, wheels - wheels! Fri, 11 June 2004 23:36 Go to previous message
Yeah, thanks heruur, I shot an email off to australia's best yesterday, so I guess it's wait and see with them, and ozzy tyres.

I think that the Speedy "high speed racing" wheels are a ripoff of the R1 wheels, or vice-versa. Speedy don't produce the high-speed-racing anymore, and the R1 "Spec-R5" is virtually identical, and cheaper anyway!! I'm talking to http://www.allwheels.com.au/ about the R1's, although they've been re-badged as "Ozzy Racing" wheels.

http://www.luxuryalloys.com.au/ (catalogue 1)

If you like any of these wheels, talk to Ahmad at All Wheels, He's ace! Ahmad's still chasing the Lenso VPD's for me, but it doesn't look good.

Krikey I wish I had 4x100 wheel centres!
