Got my intercooler in. It's a tube and fin 600x380x90. Seems to have made a difference. The power is there all the time and doesn't fall off with heat. Click on the photo page for pic.

So what's that one worth and where did you get it made?
I'm after a new nice one after mine made love to the tree and the rest of my car.
Also where are your ic pipes running? Did you double them back into the driver side then over? They 2.5 inch?

cool ... i can't afford the new intercoola yet so i might go for the water sprays for now untill i can get the funds up...
i know i'll still have the same flow but will the spays be affective enough keep the coola cool???

The core comes from Queensland custom size $700. The tanks were made by a friend. Piping is 2 1/2".
