As indicated, am looking for an MX22 or MX23 in good / reasonable condition. Would prefer manual transmission but auto also considered. I am located in Sydney, can travel to QLD or VIC for the right car.

Forget Queensland..none even been sighted..NSW.VIC SA.WA. or Tassie maybe..but I have been looking for 2 years and only seen 2 that were availabe(when i was able to buy) and that were or were actually able to be registered...not wrecked or stripped out..Joint the hunt..I thought you might have picked up that bronze one with with the 2M????

lucky for me i'm in tassie! there's a few floating around here. i've owned an mx23 and i also own an mx22, i've also had 2 mx13s before. i could have a look for you. i'm always on the lookout for these babies, and i know where they are too!

I got rolled by a wrecker. It cost me a whole $300. Straight and rust free apart from two spots in the sills.

Interestingly, this MX22 has round instruments - I thought pre MX13/23, they were all square.
I think I have a buyer for the 2M already - I just have to make it run.

my mx22 is a lat '72 and it has round guages in mph. i was quite surprised too. what diff are you running in your car? my mx22 is was an auto so it's got a 3.73-1 E diff. I think i'll put that back in it when i change th axles.

In my MX13, I have an MS112 vented disc F series 3.9:1 LSD.
In my MX23, I have a 4.3:1 G series LSD.
Thie MX22 has an E312.

There was a Corona Mk 2 advertised for sale in the saturday Advertiser in Adelaide on the weekend. Apparently no rust .
I'll try and dig out the paper and get the phone number if you or anyone else is interested ?
