Need, LHS rear axle carrier assembly.

(Too lazy and dont have tools to change the bearing in mine)

Must be in good condition - ie not exposed to weather - need bearing to be in good condition.

Prefer sydney.

Any idea has anyone seen stuf like this in wreckers ?

Thanks Allan,
i do appreciate the part numbers - may save me a stack of stuffing around.

I have downloaded the manual for this procedure - and it seems to require quite a few specialist tools.

I remember you said at dubbo you had not long changed bearings -How hard was it really ?

Time ?

I have acces to a well sorted workshop - but they may not have Toyota SST's.

Thanks

Matt

While you have a locked diff i would not bother your just going to fuck them one after the other the loading on the baring around corners must be insane with large tires... theres a reason for LSD's

it requires a press todo anyway and i had to spin up a few tools in a lathe to press them in/out

So Allan, you are saying it is a difficult job or what?

I have to change it, you remember the bad noise my car made when i took you for a drive in Dubbo (lets not get funny now Razz ), in the left rear wheel. Well the best advice I can get is that it is a wheel bearing. Comes and goes - and there is more than acceptable play in the wheel.

I might just put it into toyota to do it...

... the $ damage couldnt be that bad ?
