The Soarer (Auto) ECU has 4 plugs, and the pin numbers in each plugare as follows,34P,22P,16P,28P.
The JZA 70 ECU has 4 plugs and the pin numbers are different(26P,16P,12P,22P)My JZA70 Auto ECU has another separate plug, attached to short wires running into the ECU,possibly something to do with the auto trans maybe? My JZA70 manual loom has no plug to go into this 5th socket.

My Ecu has 5 plugs. Manual JZA70 ECU. They are the same as VL1JZGTE's because we tested his ecu in my car. (He also had a supra engine)

As Pete said VL1JZ's was a five plug ECU on a manual JZA70 motor. The fifth plug is on a short lead and has three or four wires connected to it. I'd have to look at the harness because when I fitted the Microtech to it we had to splice some of the wires from the fifth plug.
