As i am keen to get out on the track and race i was looking for some idea of where to start with the suspension in my AE86. I was looking to go for coil overs as they are easy to adjust ie spring rates. In saying that what spring rates have people been running in the front and rear and what brand of shocks and springs.

Mate no offence here, but this exact topic has been covered TO DEATH! It seems all these forums are about at the moment is AE86 suspension setups.

Do a search and you'll find enough to keep you busy reading for the rest of the week.
