I'm fitting a high pressure pump and surge tank to my 4agte will i need a fuel regulator?

I assume you are using a 4AGE or GZE as the basis for your turbo setup? If so, the standard OEM fuel reg is fine, it will give you a 1:1 rate increase with boost. What injectors do you plan to run?

I've got a AFM ze i'm usind standard 365 should i use 440?
