Help....bi-metallic vacuum switching unit Toyota part # 25810-13010

Hi everybody,
help......please. I need a bi-metallic vacuum switching unit from the thermostat housing that bolts on to the block of a 4A from a 1989 Holden Nova (AKA: AE95 Toyota Corolla). The actual part has three vacuum lines going in to it and it screws in to the front of the thermostat body. It is made of blue plastic and has a brass threaded fitting that screws in to the body.....

Do two of the vacuum lines come in at right angles to the blue plastic and one in the end of it ? If so I have one.
