O.K. The 7M has to go.
The Cressida will being towed to my place tommorrow (Thursday) so I can start wiring the 1UZ, so the 7M must be cleared from the workshop floor.
Includes:
7M-GE, approx 203,000kms. Head gasket is gone, however timing belt was done at 196,000kms.
Basically complete fan to fly-wheel, including AFM and various other sensors. Naturally includes alternator, Power-steering and A/C compressor.
There are some "bits" of transmission lying around as well - basically parts of a Soarer and the Cressida A340E transmissions.
There is no ECU, as I plan on using this to drive the transmission...If that doesn't work, the ECU can be purchased later but doesn't form part of the original sale.
Engine to be taken as is, where is.
Asking $500 ONO. Must sell, so make an offer.

i realise it's not ideal, but the offer stands if you run out of options...

C'mon guys...I NEED to sell this thing ASAP, as the blokes at the workshop can't keep it there (No room) and I definitely do not want it here!
First reasonable offer secures...
P.S I can't separate it. Nor can I pull bits off for detailed inspection, only for someone to say "It's not quite what I wanted..."
Read the description in the first post and, if it's something you can use, make an offer and arrange to collect it.

O.K.
I asked for $500.
I've had some, shall we say, "interesting" offers...
How about someone meets me half-way. (For those a little "down" on the maths, that $250)
Also, not to burst anyone's bubble, but I am in Canberra.
If you can pickup this week, that would be very helpful.
(BTW. $250 might just cover the fittings for the remote-mount oil filter and the towing charge to get the car back to my place!)
Let me know what you think. (No offensive language, though!)

hmmm.. $250
no can do
to be honest, of the 7m's that ive picked up over the last 2 months, the most ive paid is $200 and that was a complete running engine with all acc, complete loom and ecu. to give you an idea, another i picked up for $100 (-ecu) and yet another was free (but in pieces). now, im not saying that i went bargain hunting, but honestly, that seems to be the going price at the moment.
esp. considering its in canberra, now thats a bit of a hike
$200 is the maximum i can spend on this adventure, including petrol down and back (about $50), that leaves a grand total of $150. sorry
cheers

I still want the distributer, but I wasn't gonna pay 250 for it.
