i have a blue ra23 that i have dismantle as an experiment and i need to scrap it after this weekend.

MOST parts for free, depending on the condition.

Hey man,
I'm after the wiring harness that travels btween the front dash harness and the boot harness. Will be happy to pay you something as I know it takes a couple of minutes to get out, or I can come and strip it myself.
I need the chrome rail that screws into the body, that the roof rail seal slides into.
Also need the rubber/metal blocks that go on the door seals (door side). As long as they are in good nick (rubber is intact). I need them to transplant to new seals. I'm not too worried about the condition of the seal section as long as the blocks are ok.
Also need the plastic piece that goes in between the RA23 rear lights, doesn't have to be amazing condition either.
Where abouts in Sydney are you???

the steering column surround on the ra23 and ra40 are the same i've been told. except for a small hold where the ra40 had a switch. It's reallly small tho. (just thought i'd share that.)

Fuel tank from a RA23 does not fit an RA28.
Wiper motor's are interchangeable.
However, you are better off fitting a wiper
motor from an RA60, its a straight bolt on,
just splice 4 wires, and has heaps move power
to push the arms than the pissy little RA23
motor.
