Meant to get there last Saturday, but couldn't.
I want to see if I can get the fastest diesel record for the strip. Hopefully I'm faster than their broom tractor 
I could possibly be having big probs with the 4wd conversion on my car. ie need to cut off bits, so might be sticking with FWD.
Are you going to be at the meeting on Monday, Draza?
If so, we'll talk then.

i almost fell over when i realised what he was talkin about, but now i do, i will have a sleepless nyt, and treat it with the uttmost respect.

Good luck to all you guys racing tonight - I'll be at work until 5, so there's not much chance of me makign it out there to take any decent photos.. 
Rob, I want to see you around the 16 second mark - It should be achievable with a FWD 3SGE.. ?
I'll have to head out on a Saturday sometime when you guys are running again.

ok i just got home, and i left early.
My Top time and new Toymod Record for over 1800 F/I FWD
is 15.267.
My Top Speed Was 150.99 km/h(93.82m/h).
These 2 tops were done on different runs.
Rob also set a new record for over 1800 N/A FWD, but i will let him post his exact time.
Heres the full details for the Record.

I know that i can do better, the car wasn't boosting to the full 10psi it was cutting off about 5 for some of the runs, and i missed some of the gear changes, i'll do better next time.

AW11 with 20 valve turbo perhaps? What times was it running? I saw it at a street meet on a saturday not long ago, cant remember the times, but it was running over 115mph

JT Racing Navara ran a whole string of mid/low 11's all around 120 mph.
Best run was 11.335@118mph.
Best mph was 122.
Its such a handfull to drive and being its debut meeting there will be much tweaking before a return possibly next week for that 10 second pass.
Checked the data log for the 11.3 pass and it maxed out at 8950 rpm and 28 psi max boost. Not bad for an unopened completely stock internal 1j !!
Dont try this at home kiddies (with your 7MGTE  )

My best was a 14.1 at 95.5MPH (153.7KPH)
I was damn happy about that. As I was doing mainly 14.4s most of the night.
60' -1.966
330' -5.802
660' -9.000
mph -77.28
1000' -11.781
ET -14.138
MPH -95.55
K/mh -153.78
That white MR2 says he was trying around 25-28psi. And he said it has been dynoed at around 300HP.

Great night, lots of fun, got EIGHT runs in 
and boy did my clutch know it by the third.
was fighting a slipping clutch then for the remainder of the night but got my fastest time of 15.84 on my last run Which gives me an entry on the FWD Record page! wooho
will come back when i have a new clutch
So was moderately happy, Paul, got less than 16 for ya
the MA71 did quite well with a 13.9 on the final run of the meet Andrew was pretty happy and can't wait till he gets an exhaust
Will post my slip when I get home

Can I claim the record for the most stored tyres in a non-competing vehicle?
Seeing as I couldn't compete, my work has an aversion to their employees racing their vehicles, my ute spent the night storing the excess weight of the competing vehicles.
It was a great night out & I was glad I could help.

dude I just wanna thank you so much for making the night work... we had dramas all round starting from not being able to get my rims of and having to run with my nice tyres to Andrew not being allowed in the gate to race when he arrived

I have to also thank steve, he helped me out alot with storing of gear and changing my tyres in between runs.
i will e-mail my slip tomorrow, i have to get off to work soon, and this comp doesn't have a scanner.

wow what a great night that was good on ya Jamie great to see your efforts rewarded... but mmmm lot's to do on the corolla.... I want fast NOW .... and a great effort for all the other Toymodders I had a great night to Do I get a record for making dinner before I left and carefully wrapped up my sausages and rissoles in newspaper to keep hot.... then made the delicate sandwhiches when I got there for all My kids........ looks up very high at one of them added the sauce oh and don't forget the drinks to... which I didn't spill And had the time to talk and watch the racing All at the same time....
