As for your question:
I am sure that you could disassemble the steering column and remove the key barrel entirely to free your steering wheel
Then you can work out why it got stuck like that and correct said problem.
Sorry about that, its been a while and I got the category wrong aswell, but the system gave an error and told me to try again in a few minutes. Maybe the directions need to be clearer
