Well that is a TRD box at least, and the part number looks like its for a FWD Celica. But the diff shown is definitely not a LSD unit as it says. It seams the owner put the LSD in his own car, and now is trying to sell his stock diff in the TRD box!!!! And if it realy was a TRD LSD unit in ok condition, he would be confident of getting $500 for it, not the $100 start price. And he does not have much feedback, so yeah...

Yes. For T series there was and is TRD LSD avaliable.
But the ebay auction is for a FWD Celica diff as far as I can tell. Check the TRD part number.
