WTF is up with this tramping? Is it coz my shocks are adjusted too hard? What else could cause it and how do I fix it asap.
Cheers,
Jeremy.

Well, the shocks can't be fucked coz they're pretty new. I'll adjust them so they're softer. I'm putting Noltec bushes in the rear end next weekend so hopefully that might help too.
Thanks guys!
And yeah, Arch, shoulda listened to ya man Oh well, I'll know next time to leave the leafs in....

I had similar problems, replaced all the rear-end bushes with polyurethane, reduced the problem slightly, but the biggest fix was fitting softer valved shocks, and adjustable upper trailing arms to get the pinion angle correct.

Just spoke to greg from Noltec and he's quoted me roughly $300 for a pair of adjustable upper arms that includes all bushes and everything.

Yep. That's where mine came from. Complete kit with bushes fitted (ie: ready to install) was under $300 retail. Part number KTA-110 from memory, they list them for the AE86, but they also fit the TE72(T18), AE71 sedan, and TA23 celica.
