	| Yesterday i was driving through road works between my parents and my house, when i got home i noticed a black dot, a little larger than a 50cent coin on my bonnet. It was a spot of tar that was flicked up by another car driving through the road works ....i cant budge it, even with my keys, its dried solid.
 how F***ed is that

	| I have used a wax and tar remover from Repco for my car.
Went through some roadworks near Grafton. When I got home I thought it was just some dirt (40cm high x length of car) - till it did not wash off. At that stage I had a mate at a smash repairer. He gave me some chemical that brought it straight off.

	| wax and grease remover (prepsol) is good for getting tar and shite off the paint work. make sure you polish the area afterwards though. | |

	| Hmmmm i'm a detailer for Toyota, i'd have to say that prepsol is a fantastic product for getting stuff off ur paint, doesn't scratch and works really well.. Just add some to a cloth, wipe over the area, then go back to it in about 10 seconds. Petrol/kerosene would be an ok option but I wouldn't trust something like that when prepsol won't harm your paint..
 Will work a treat
The bug/tar remover would be pretty much some kero and some prepsol (prob water too), fancy stuff

 Look forward to seeing results!
