If you're using Internet Explorer it's easy. Just go "Tools" -> "Internet Options" -> "Delete Files"

delet cookies and history is all i have i did both and nothing!!! i have to fricken right click and hold control to load the pages! your post didnt even show up for me!!! ARGHHHH!!!!!

Just go hunting around all the options and click all the menus and delete anything that is to do with cache or temporary internet files

Firefox is pretty good. Do ya know how to change the default cache location ? - Have not been able to figure that one out.
