What sort of Sprinter bumper do I have?

Hey,
I have been looking at some pics of Sprinters and I just noticed that my front bumper is different to most of them...it has blinkers that extend around the sides, and a tiny lip and the rectangle between the blinkers is the same width as the blinkers.
Is this a Jap spec bumper? Or a different style of Aus spec bumper?
I wanna know so I can purchase a lip for it, but I dont wanna get stuck with a lip that wont fit.
I can get pics cause I dont know how to post them?
Can someone please inform me???
