Um, okay, so...
Liftback (TE72): leaf rear
Sedan (AE, KE70): coil link rear
Wagon (AE, KE70): leaf rear
Engine crossmembers interchange?
What does it take to put the KE70 front on AE70? basically everything forward of the radiator support, plus guards and hood?
Differential type same or different (leaf/coil housing aside)?
T? S? D? differential?
What transmission in KE, TE, AE cars? T50 in TE, AE? K50 in KE70?
Front suspension same or different between TE, AE, KE cars? Front struts? Front brakes?
Thanks, I'll continue to search...

I am by no means an expert on the TE series but heres what i can say reasonably confidently..

all should interchange including AE86

a lot more than youd think, you actually have to change the front doors to suit the front guards, swap the lights and grill and I think i heard you may have to swap over the bonnet too, which could mean you need to manipulate the hood latch.

as far as i know they are all Bog Warmer diffs in AUS , diffs that interchange with the live coil sprung AE/KE7X are AE86 S series, T Series from corona, sprinter, T18 , and if you really want to get handy with a mig the celica and of course a hilux

all the above

brakes struts and steering armw all have differences, but to some extent can be made to interchange, although the benefit of doing so compared to other options is probhably not worth the effort.
