Anyone done this little conversion, im thinking of fitting entire diff, brakes front and rear as well as master cyl to get dual circit brakes and the sumitomo twin piston front calipers and also a "upgrade" to T series diff

Is an RT104 diff going to fit in the back? Might be a taddle too wide. As for the fronts, I have 1 million rt104 rotors and hubs you're welcome to borrow/have.
Call me on the weekend.

cool, id love to hear the verdict of this!! because working backwards (in toyota lego fashin) rt8x stuff fits in rt40, so if the rt104 stuff fits i may be in the money for some big brakes for the rt40...quick go find out...

I know for a fact the RT104 stub axle won't fit, but the hubs/rotors might.
