Is it neccasary to run a Metalhead gasket in a 7M , or should you torque the bolts down more? Also who sells metalhead gaskets for a 7M ?

stock gasket with ARP studs has lasted a year and about 30,000km at 10 to 13psi for me

I had no problems with the stock head gasket torqued down some more running around 11psi for over a year.

Penrith toyota i believe sell the HKS one's for around $300
