the plug for the reverse switch isnt the best and the wires can come lose in the terminals
its a bitch to get to, it usually sits up in between the top of the gearbox and the body so its hard to get hands in while the box is in.
jump under the car with some wires and a test light and re-rout it and see if its the plug thats causing u grief. If it is a rewire should fix it.
im going to have to do this exact thing this weekend for my RA40.

The dome fuse is for the interior light.
The jerking you're describing could be because of a stuffed engine mount.

if i'm not mistaken the engine mount is not stuffed cause if it is...i would have change it few weeks back during the conversion..
any more inputs? those who has 4ag 100kw on their sprinters...do u face the same prob as i do? everytime i give it a light push on the throttle (less than 5000rpm or normal cruise)...it gives me a jerk..and when i let go..it does the same... so uncomfortable..

I'd say it could be engine mounts, gbox mounts, excessive freeplay in the diff, stuffed uni joints.

lmaso you'reall wrong, none of the mounts are stuffed, thats just the way this motor behaves in the 1500 rpm range with LIGHT throttleload, beats me why but its a ECU thing.
learn to live with it like i did, or cruse at a faster speed or change down a gear.

I find that it t50 ratios are a bit of pain when trying to stick to 60km/h. Revs are little too high for third, and car is loud, and in 4th the car is clagging, especially going up hills Oh well can't really complain though.
About you rear demister satoshi, check that the wires are connected up ok to the switch. From memory these could be removed from the switch itself? Possibly these could have been knocked? (not too sure).

the defogger switch is alright..its connected and the light is switch on when its 'ON'...the wire behind is connected to the rear window...but maybe i should use a test light to check the the rear wires?
there's a fuse compartment under the driver's right leg...and the diagram said something like Defogger C.B...i am wondering what is that. Here's a lil picture to assist us..there's another fuse for CIG..what is that? and it also stated C.B is located at behind assist kick panel..is that the passanger's side? and wtf is C.B?
thanks

C.B. stands for circuit breaker.
Get a test light and check for power and earth at the rear window. If one is not present check for broken wires going into the hatch.
