ok, may i ask why u have a LHD rx7?
but basically you can get any shop that does US imports and changes them to RHD (such as corvettes camaros ect). they can do this in a number of ways including running a chain across for the steering. (not the best option)
a better option would be to source all the parts from a japanese or australian one to convert it and change all the parts across. this would include dash, steering column, and involve relocation a whole lot of stuff in the engine bay...
is it actually in Australia? if not your probalby better off selling at and buying one thats allready RHD

to expand on that:
and BLOODY EXPENSIVE!
I have no idea how to do it but I would think that you would probably need a RHD front cut and with any luck the RHD and LHD bits would be able to be swapped.
toyota related: I have read that it is possible with MK4 supras but is definitely not a cost effective way of doing things.
If you don't have the car already, just go and buy a RHD drive one or maybe look into special registration as a LHD vehicle?

it may vary from state to state, but im pretty sure you can only do that with older (ie historic or vintage) vehicles. IE NOT 1990 onwards cars that were sold here RHD

yeah that is what I suspect also, but there is no harm in checking.
And what about the sort of rego. where you are only supposed to drive it once a month or something? I don't know what it is called but my friend told me about it. Another option to look at anyway.

one thing I just thought of is the wiring. That would be an absolute pain in the ass. You would hope that the instruments in the middle use the same plugs and then you would have to extend the dash wiring to the other side.
search the rotary forums though. someone must have done it at some stage.

why?
go to ausrotary and look in the for sale section, search under parts, NOT the car section and find the guy a few months ago that was wrecking a complete one. From memory he still has the rolling shell kicking around with the dash in it.
