 Bashed up TA22 for Sale

I have a yellow 1975 TA22 Celica for sale. It's all stock and has rust all over the place (rear window at bottom is rusted which has rusted itself through the rear parcel shelf and into the boot, so it leaks water into the boot when it rains).
Passenger side has damage to fender, door and rear flare which has been badly covered up.
Bumpers aren't in very good condition (dented).
Engine is a 2T which needs a complete rebuild but it does run fine.
Has black velour seat covers, 3 newish tyres, very bouncy suspension, no carpet (except squares of "house" carpet), no stereo or speakers, cracked dash, towbar, immitation 13" mag wheel covers, new battery.. overall not in the best condition.
Also has a very strange grill that i haven't seen on any other TA22 so far..

considering a wreckers wont give you anything for it. maybe you should drop your price. sounds a little high.

Does it have rego???
I don't want to be a prick but would it matter to you if we were to use it for some driving events??? Such as a demo derby???
Would you take any less for it at all???
