I've been in an SP23. I can't imagine a 2ZZ Rolla losing to one.

My old Ke38 corolla with a 2TG never lost to a friends SP20 (no matter who drove the SP20), I would hope a new corolla that has more power and more refinement would beat one Rolling Eyes . Then again the driver can make a big difference (meaning a retardo can make any car slow, I have too many examples of retardos in fast cars to mention).

2zz is notthing till 6200 rpm, then if you don't time your shift rights you fall out of the lift range and it gets very sloppy from there. I had a mate with a sportivo and another with a pulsar SSS N15. They were pretty even in various straight line tests and the pulsar is around 105kw Razz but if the sportivo ever fell out of lift range or was on low rpm on a rolling start it had no chance!!!
