Okay picked up a ae82 twin cam sway bar from just jap wreckers and slapped it on my car and it hangs really quite low like theres this big bend over the exhaust tunnel thats what hangs so low. or have i got it upside down? i didnt think i was that mechanically inept.

I take it its the front sway bar your talking about...

Sounds like you have it on upside down...
It was a while ago, but i recall when i looked uner a twin cam AE82 that the front sway bar went over the exhaust pipe.

Also, if you still have to take your car through regency, dont forget to take it off! They may not like seeing one on a standard hatch.

yeh front bar

yeh i only put it on to make sure it all lines up and the bolts fit and stuff..its off now but how am i supposed to get it to go over the exhaust?? take off exhaust system, fit bar, refit exhaust? hmm sounds like a pain in the proverbial ill see how far i can get by just taking those rubber things that hold the exhaust on, off.

Craig...i was able to get the retaining nuts on my front struts off so i only needed your springs. Smile so that saved me having to bleed the brakes and so forth thanks again....still got some pad left on my current brakes so i havent fitted the ferodos yet.
