Auto Gearbox Radiator Q?

Forgive a dim guy a stupid question.
I take it that the two connections from the bottom tank on the radiator on a auto g/box are for cooling (heat exchanging) the transmission fluid ?
Otherwise the auto tranny has a water jacket and its water cooled ????
So, my question is, is there any benefit (on a manual car) using an auto g/box radiator and plumbing engine oil feed and return lines to it ?
Does it reap any cooling benefit ?
Probably not given the size and design of custom oil coolers but I thought I would ask the question.
Cheers,
Mitch.

the fittings are probably not suitable for engine oil pressure lines
but more importantly, it probably won't flow enough oil - so if you took oil going to the filter and tried to cool it, the returning flow (heading off to important things like bearings and turbos) would be way too low in preassure.

Well, to gain access to the oil feed on most cars you need a filter adapter/remote filter kit anyway, and if you fit this, you can buy an aftermarket full flow water/oil cooler, or else just use a water/air cooler like most of us. Or if you don't give your car a hard time, don't worry about it
