the "aftermarket cheap" option is to go to your toyota dealer and get one
cost me around $130 for the water pump brand new, which is not a whole lot!

I was looking for bolt tensions for my 1jz a couple of weeks ago and it seems that you either have to order an engine manual from Japan (in Japanese ) or you can go to www.mkiv.com and use their manual for the 2jz? Your choice I would think that the 2jz ones would be pretty similar.
