Hi, i realise this is a very basic question but i cant find the info anywhere. Does anyone know how to reset all the seting screws on a tvis throttle body to factory positions? Mainly the rpm dropper slower downer thingi and the throttle stop screw, im just trouble shooting and i figured making everything as standard is a start to finding my problem.

if you wind the screw up it will increase rpm, all the way down will close the idle air inlet

Hmm i know but thats not what im asking, i just need the feeler gauge sizes. I tried just fiddling with the stop screw and the idle screw but it puts the tps out of whack so i just need the standard settings so i can start fresh.

I have got those pages...but do u see anywhere on it writen how to return the stop screw to factory position....??? i know how to set the tps and idle but thats all asuming that the stop screw hasnt been messed with right? if ur gonna reply at least make the effort to read my post...

Inspection of throttle body
........
2. Inspect Throttle Valve
check that there is no clearance between the throttle stop screw and the throttle lever when ...... etc etc etc

my bad...but i thought that the stop screw is there to stop the butterfly snaping shut and locking against the throat of the throttle body.. but i dont know thats y im asking so ur probably right...sorry mate its been a long day
