At a wild guess 150rwhp?
A T series I found cannot hold much more than 200rwhp.
S series people are breaking with 4AGE's..

I have a KE25 and I am pretty sure the TE27 would have had a better diff fitted as standard given that it had a gruntier T-series engine (I am assuming by "rear end" you are referring to the differential??). The diffs that we get in our KE20's and 25's would not hold 200 rear wheel horse power well at all.
My car was initially "upgraded" to a diff from an RA23 celica, with approximately 200hp at the wheels the axles in that diff were lasting less than 2 hours of rather sedate driving (it broke 4 axles in about 6 hours of driving).
So having had the experience of a diff MUCH larger than the standard KE25 corolla diff breaking so easily I would not hold much hope for the standard diff doing very well at all with that sort of power.
My current diff has been in the car for nearly 2 years and handles about 250 hp at the wheels (over 300hp at the engine) without a problem, it's not a toyota diff though.
So the short answer would be no it will not last with the power you are talking about unless you drive it very carefully.

some KE20 had either 5.7" (X series?) and some had 6" (U series). TE27 had 6.38" (S series) diff i think, if not that then a 6.7" (T series). it's on matti kalahati's and/or tom carter's webpage. google them
really it depends how you drive it. flogging the arse out of one of these little diffs even with a stock 3K will kill it in due time. angela in SA has a 225bhp turbo 5K in a ke10 with the stock 5.7" diff, but she doesn't do burnouts or hard launches (quote: "the funnest part about driving my car is slipping the back out changing from second to third")
also are you running open center / lsd / locker? this will majorly affect your axle lifespan. lockers are fun
what diff do you have ke382tg? or really just what size is the ring gear?

if I get the rearend off celica/supra what LSD can I use?

None of the diffs discussed here are strong enough to survive very long behind a turbo engine. I'd recommend something bigger like a 7.5" F series diff. Since you're in the US you should be able to get your hands on an F diff out of an MA4x Mk1 Supra; they even have disc brakes which is a bonus. An LSD centre from an MA61 Mk2 Supra will bolt right in.
