asians have to much time on their hands. 
at school it was always the asians, i dont know if its cause they spend alot of time studying or alot of time NOT studying. or maybe they are just born with super-human pen twirling powers.

I learnt to do it during high school, more to avoid study  It drove my english teacher mad, because every now and again it would drop it on the desk rather loudly.
