what manual gearboxes do you have to suit this engine?
if you have an engine in bits, does it have the shims under , or on top of the cam buckets?

here goes,
all the stff is missing from the center bit so sorry rattlehead, Sad
the dash is of the electronic kind, $150 bucks if you want me to take the whole dash pad out and disconnect the loom, $ 100 if i can just cut it somewhere Smile
(sorry but im quite busy,...and lazy Smile )
its not a chaser cut its a JZa cut and i hve the auto off that and the auto off a chaser also, so sorry , but no cross member (most places i asked had never heard of a chaser it seems theyre quite rare)
and at the risk of sounding completely stupid Terry, i have no idea what any of those things are Very Happy all i knoe is the front cover says V4 as opposed to the other one which says E6
hope this helps

If you have a full front cut is there any chance you have some nice Air Con peices still in it.
I'm after a Heater Valve Control Solenoid which looks like this:

should be located just before the firewall on the passanger side.
