I need to take these screws of my car so i can take the front bumper off. the only problem is they dont have any threads or holes, plus there isn't a nut on top of them to undo.they are pictured below.

I cant post up pictures on this section in the forum, is there any reason why? and how can i fix it? once i have done that i wil post up pictures of the screws.

they wouldn't happen to be pop rivets would they?

no they aint. i could see the screw groves. and the tops of them have some sort of wax on them.
