Mine still seams to let the turbo flutter a bit at cruise is that bad?

Pulcino... Try putting it on the turbo outlet side of the intercooler.. not after the intercooler.. I had a similar problem. It was the pressure drop across the intercooler causing a load against the compressor wheel...
