Help Need With 1ggze Blower Pls

hey guys
i need some help with some issues and possibly parts to do with the iggze blower.
ive fitted one of these to a je camira, i finish making the inlet and outlets tommorw so all i need now is to machine serpentine ring to press onto the crank pulley, an abv and to source a belt.
when in need see the experts... so here i am
what would be the smallest serpentine belt that Toyota make i could use on the iggze blower? my blower setup is a bit closer to the crank then the standard 1ggze engines is so I'm looking for a smaller belt if possible to make things a little easier.
second I'm planning on running a 185mm crank pulley spinning this blower roughly 1.4 times crank speed, this will produce a nice whack of boost but I'm afraid too much boost initially.
does anyone know where i can get an abv off of the 4aggze or iggze (if iggze had them)cheap? perhaps someone who used a 4agze for a turbo conversion here?
I need an abv for two reasons
First - I'm told that these will start leaking boost at 8psi, in my case this is desired to start with.
Second - when the blower is turned off then engine may stall at lower rpm so instead of increasing the idle i would like to use the bypass valve off either engine.
do you guys know if using a plumb back bov to limit boost is possible? it seems feasible using an adjustable plumb back running to under the guard or somewhere to bleed boost, then i can gradually trun up the wick.
thanks guys and girl's for any help yous can give me on this.
any other useful information about these blowers id be really interested in also hearing thanks
cheers

Just go anywhere and get a 5PK belt, they are far from Toyota specific.
set the everything up, run string around the pulleys to determine length of belt needed (i.e 825mm), order a 5PK825

Marcus,
Don't be so sure a suitable belt exists for your engine. I replaced three of the four belts on my 1G-GZE and while the S/C and the air con belts could be matched exactly, the only alternator belt that existed here in Perth was 10mm longer than the original one. Its not a problem with an alternator as you can adjust its position, but I was glad they had an exact match for the S/C belt, which by the way is a 5PK940.
Cheers,
Mitch.

Marcus, I have technical details on the Toyota blower available as a pdf download on my website in the Technical section. It's an interesting read. Go to www.sixworks.com.au.
