4AGZE Re-build info Fri, 02 July 2004 10:01 Go to next message
Hey dudes. I am about to start the rebuild of my GZE out of my 86. Was wondering if anybody knew where i could get the exact specs for all the rebuild info...such as bolt torque and clerances. I already downloaded the 4age book from the tech docs, but not sure if these are the same.
i am a 4th year apprentice mechanic so tech talk is ok. help would be appreciated, im in adelaide with red 86 that has "Kings of the winding road" sticker on the rear window....anybody know the car?
Specs would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Yeah, im pretty sure it is all the same as the smallport engine. The only item different i know of is the GZE pistons. Thats where the GZE runs its 8 or 8.9:1 CR, and so is setup for forced induction.

If you built along the smallport specs you should be fine.
