Some pics taken in April at the Toyota Amulux Showroom in Tokyo.
The Caldina was very very nice... I was cruising in an Allex too and it was really nice also. The red soarer was a bit uncomfy tho'.
Stay tuned for pics from the Toyota Automobile Museum in Nagoya Japan.

Altezza Sedan is still my favorite modern Toyota. And whats the deal with the new Soarer? Ick.
Do you think the 2JZ-GE Altezza will make it to Australia? If it does, I better start saving my pennies.

The Altezza wagon is actually called an Alteza Gita, they also come in 4wd, and can look quite nice when done up. Ahh, remember, we have the IS300? 2JZGE.

that soarer looks fuckin sweet man! if i'm correct that is the same car as the lexus in the movie terminator 3.
man that's cool they are still making the 1jz! and that it's putting out more then the 280HP jap limit.
I think with a lineup like that they could take top spot from GM.

Yeah that Altezza Gita is pritty hot. I wouldn't have covered up the top of the head lamps though. The natural design is just too nice to do that.
And as for having the 2JZ-GE in the IS300, it only comes in Automatic. Stuff that. I want a 6-Speed behind the 2JZ.

Is anyone really surprised by this!
Every manufacturer of cars sends over pretty basic shit to this country. It does not matter if it is a Euro car or from a Japanese manufacturer!
It's what happens when you have a small country (in population terms) like ours with a small local car industry protected by an redundant tariff system. If you want a full range of cars move over seas!

Gimme a Crown Estate, followed by a side helping of all the other crowns. Except maybe the sedan. Looks awfully like a MS112. Wonder if it still has a 5m?
A bB would be cool as well as a v12'd Coaster.
I do agree that everything should be brought here. That's a lot of cars for japan to absorb. Given the markets that those we don't get are released into (probably few) the production numbers as probably quite low. Release them here = more production = more economical to make = cheaper cars = more sales = happy toyota & happy toymods.

No idea, apparently they've only built 2 of them...
Would be good to see Toyota in the supercar stakes though. Especially if they're showing the world what can be done with performance hybrids.
