ok after the dyno on the weekend i found out that i am running the car too rich. I was wondering if u turn the screw clockwise or anti-clockwise to lean out the mixture. The screw i am talking about is located on the airflow meter.

The screw you are talking about shouldn't be touched, but if you insist, then it should be done ON THE DYNO BY A PROFESSIONAL to check that you're not going too lean.

are you for real... you can adjust how lean/rich it runs, so If I took it to dynotune they could lean it out right, cause mine has the same problem, way to rich.

yeah the idle mixture can be played with, which has an effect across the whole RPM range.

I would also recommend this on a dyno

You can also tighten the spring inside the AFM by a notch or two.

Once again, only do it on a dyno with an accurate o2 sensor hooked up.

i feel so left out with a map sensor, if it weren't better then i might be disappointed.

whne i got my car ont he dyno it read real rich too, the guy said a malpassi fuel regualator can sort this out and also when u uping the boost it would just give a bit more fuela dn that, and the also it would do u for ages till u get into insane power with bigger turbos and internal work!

Where is this screw btw? I'm guessing there is one on the 3S-GE as well on the AFM somewhere - my car has run rich for donkeys years and I've never thought of leaning it out a fraction by adjusting the idle mix?
