Yep it's aftermarket. If you check out the linked page I've got photos of the inside of the sunroof so you can see that there are no leaks or rust. Can take photos of the outside if you're interested?

I knew a saskia! she was a friend of a friend of mine that went to canberra college same as me!
Its a tidy car! Good luck with the sale! I could only afford this in about 3 months time..
