I've never heard of this bush on the output shaft you speak of - it's possibly added during casting of the rear housing?
I'd be looking at your slip yoke if you've replaced that seal 4 times and it still leaks. You're using the correct rear seal?

yes its the correct seal .. slip yoke doesnt have grooves or notches in yoke , only thing it could be is someone has machined the yoke . or the bush is stuffed .. there has to be a replacement , toyota arent goin to have it supported on the alloy casing .. this is white metal bearing and also looks lik it will press out easy enough ..
