Have not seen any around in Sydney.

Hi,
Try Ebay. Also, try the hobby shop web-sites. They usually have links to the model manufacturers.
Ebro make a die cast RA25, 1973 model. Which I have been told are quite good quality. I've gotta get one myself. I dunno if they still make them or if they have other models in their range.
"Vintage Club", which I think is a Japanese model manufacturer, has the RA28 GT2000 in a plastic kit. I got one of them, but haven't made it yet.
Hasegawa (or how ever its spelt) used to have a TA22 plastic model many years ago.
Also, you can get some good scalectrix cars, such as the GT4, the mighty Grp5 RA28, and the 1986 model (what ever it was called) and maybe a few others. They were on Ebay just 2 days ago.
