YEAH YEAH they are in japanese but i am in the process of organising translation. CAN ANYONE HELP ME HERE? its 180 pages

translation is not really necessary as it is more of a picture book Very Happy then written which is AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but i would like to get it translated and put on CD or something like that

but for now WOOHOO FINALLY

oh yeah i got 2 books cause one is in immaculate AND I MEAN IMMACULATE condition and the other is a bit worn out and that is the one i want translated so as i dont damage the good one

find the hiragana and katakana character sets online somewhere.
foreign words are in katakana (like "se no saa").
as for the kanji (the picture characters), "find a friend" or take a best guess and search for it. there are kanji dictionaries around, and maybe at large libraries.

translation takes time.

yeah i know. i got a friend at work (he is the one that got the books from japan for me) that can read a bit of japanese and his flat mates are japanese and they have offered to translate it for me

he has already translated the contents pages for me Very Happy so now i know where to look for something but still dont know exactly what it says.

but like i said earlier there are heaps of pictures and tightening torques for every little thing (even clamps and stuff they tell you how to take them off and put them back on) Laughing

you can get the jist of it all but it would be alot better to know exactly what they are saying. ATM im not intending to rebuild the motor till nexzt year so for now i got a year to translate it. also im gonna ask my cousin if he could get it translated as he is in the navy and they should have translaters there.

also i was thinking of scanning it and getting it translated through the PC/online and take it from there. try and get some character recognition program on my PC with JAP language support
