PowerChip for a 3sge

Hey i've been looking through the web and came across Powerchip Australia who supply upgrades for 3sge celica, i believe an upgrade of your standard computer, or piggy back computer right? has anyone heard anything bad about them?? i'm thinking of that as my next mod/upgrade on my car any feed back would be great.
it's a piggy back, can't touch the 1st gen 3sge ecu from what i hear, and mainly I think it's just a timing change and fuel ratio changes under 80% + throttle when the ecu goes into open circuit? Not really sure on any of this but post this in the st162 dedicated thread and you might get more response
