3TGTE electrical question

I have a 3TGTE in an RA60 celica, it crapped itself i while back and after finding the fuel pump had no power i traced back the wire through the relay to the computer, the computer is not outputting power on that pin. I assume either the computers fucked or its not getting power. If anyone knows which pin to check that gives the computer power or any idea of how to check the computer to see if its gone it would be extremely helpful. My cars been fucked for two weeks and i just took delivery of an awesome LSD so you can imagine how I'm feeling.
Thanks for any help
Pip

The fuel pump runs off a circuit open relay, the ECU itself doesn't really control this.
The circuit open relay is triggered by the AFM and/or STA (starter motor).

the circuit open realy is working properly, i pulled it out and checked it, but it isnt being given power. I wire that is supposed to give power is the same colour as one of the pins on the computer. I checked the ends os that wire and there was no resistance along it so i assumed that is where the power came from. What is the AFM and how can i check if there is power being given from it?

Hmm this is all testing my memory...
Ok on the circuit open relay you should have the following 5 pins -
STA / B1 / FP
E1 / X / FC
STA - triggers the relay when cranking the engine. This wire goes to the starter soloniod.
B1 - this is what powers the relay. It comes from the main relay (which should also be powering your ECU). The main relay is triggered by ING + , supplying both circuit open relay and ECU with power.
FP - Goes to the fuel pump
E1 - earth
FC - wire from AFM, this triggers the circuit open relay when the AFM flap is open.
I hope this helps you troubleshoot the problem.
Cheers
Joel
