4age error codes 51, 43

hi i've had these codes flash up on my check light when i do the test on it and from what i found they dont sound important but the check light has come on twice for me when i have given it a bit of boot for a while
error 43 - Starter No starter signal to ECU when cranking in TEST mode. Terminal STA on ECU
I didnt wire the car so maybe the auto elect missed this one?
error 51 - Switch condition signal Displayed when A/C is on when TE1 and E1 connected in test mode
I dont have A/C in the car, well most of the wiring is there but no compressor, the vacuum line on top of the throttle body is blocked off.
I also got this error once before but it hasnt showed up again
error 42 - Vehicle Speed Sensor No speed sensor signal to ECU when loaded driving condition with engine speeds 2000 to 5000 rpm. for 8 seconds or more.
Maybe this is because i am using the 4AC gear box and its mechanically driven to the spedo?
Are any of these codes something i should worry about??

I know 51 is nothing to worry about although i have no idea about the other 2. error 51 seems to come up a lot of the time when air conditioning is fully functional, this has happened on 2 4age's that i have come accross.
